About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Tester with a strong background in manual and automation testing, ideally within the banking domain. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, execute, and report on test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing and contribute to test automation initiatives.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum setup.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
Required Experience & Skills
- 6–8 years of testing experience.
- Strong experience in test preparation, execution, and reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking domain.
- Affinity with Agile ways of working and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience or strong interest in test automation.
- Solid understanding of manual testing processes and test management.
Certifications (Nice to Have)
- TMAP and/or ISTQB certification.
