For a duration of 3 months (with the potential to be extended) we are looking for a Czech speaking Chat Operator who will be part of our international marketing department. The goal is to support our clients by being the first point of contact via our chat system on our website. Join us!

What will be your responsibilities?

• To be in direct communication with our customers via our website chat
• Support customer queries by being the first point of contact
• Verification and correct input of client information into our CRM database

Wat breng jij als Remote Chat Operator - Czech Speaking - In Poland

• Living in Poland
• A first experience in customer support is a plus
• High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
• Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
• Strong written and verbal skills in Czech or Slovak (C1 or above) and English (business proficiency)
• Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
• Willingness to commit to a 3 month project with potential to be extended
