Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to support and coordinate NIS2-related initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The role involves managing cross-functional projects related to security, risk, and compliance while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and organizational governance standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage NIS2-related projects and initiatives across IT, security, and business teams.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Plan, organize, and track project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
Structure complex compliance requirements into manageable workstreams.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare governance documentation, reporting, and audit-related materials.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in IT project management, program coordination, or similar roles.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, or NIST.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and collaboration capabilities.
Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with governance processes, reporting, and audits is an advantage.
Ability to work in regulated environments and deliver results in high-impact programs.
