Native German speakers, your language skill is a great asset for this company, they want you! For a worldwide phenomenon in interior design we are looking for a sales support DACH. This company is a designer, producer and seller of 4 brands! They create spot on affordable design for consumers and companies. They are a worldwide success, as they are sold in more than 80 countries, however the company is 'born' in the Netherlands. The company is a trendsetter when it comes to their products, such as furniture, carpets, lightning and are making sustainability key! 

You are in charge of the German market (DACH). This means you are the point of contact for all the B2B client relations in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. You will help them make the right choices when it comes to ordering the products and guide them whenever necessary.

This company is a designer, producer and seller of 4 brands! They create spot on affordable design for consumers and companies. They are a worldwide success, as they are sold in more than 80 countries, however the company is 'born' in the Netherlands. The company is a trendsetter when it comes to their products, such as furniture, carpets, lightning and are making sustainability key! 

You are in charge of the German market (DACH). This means you are the point of contact for all the B2B client relations in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. You will help them make the right choices when it comes to ordering the products and guide them whenever necessary. 

In short, your tasks include: 

  • You answer questions and complaints by mail or phone
  • For the clients you are their advisor when it comes to the assortment of the different brands. You can help them when it comes to colours, fabrics, amounts etc. 
  • From A-Z you are responsible for the order management process. This means the you make sure the order is well logged in the administrative system and all the documents for logistics are completed. It is your job to make sure the right products will arrive on time at the clients location. 
  • You are the back office for the Accountmanagers. Whenever they need support or help, you always have all the information about their clients up to date!

Wat breng jij mee?
  • Speak native German and professional English. Do you also master Dutch, perfect, but not necessary!
  • Live in the Netherlands, in the region of Amsterdam. 
  • Obtained a mbo or hbo degree. 

As a person you are flexible and independent. You know how to deal with freedom!
