Job Title: Business Analyst – Mortgage Domain (Dutch Speaking)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Experience: 6–8 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Dutch mortgage domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and business analysis, along with basic technical skills in SQL and Agile delivery environments. Fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to mortgage products and processes.
Work with stakeholders to support the mortgage offer process and related business workflows.
Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL queries.
Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams and track work using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Support API integrations and analyze application logs when required.
Ensure compliance with Dutch mortgage regulations and banking standards.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Dutch mortgage products: Annuity, Linear, and Interest-only mortgages.
Understanding of NHG mortgages and Loan-to-Value (LTV) concepts.
Knowledge of the mortgage offer process.
Basic SQL skills (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) – mandatory.
Strong English communication skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with Splunk, Kibana, or application log analysis.
Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Experience with core banking or mortgage servicing platforms.
