As a Facilities Coordinator, you help create a safe and well-organised workplace for colleagues in an international banking environment in Amsterdam. Your role as Facilities Coordinator
As a Facilities Coordinator, you help ensure the office operates smoothly on a daily basis. You support colleagues with practical matters and contribute to a safe and organised working environment. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you assist with a range of operational and facility-related tasks. Your responsibilities include:
- managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- supporting office moves and workstation set-ups.
- preparing meeting rooms and internal events.
- performing small repairs and general facility tasks.
- coordinating external suppliers and service providers.
- identifying and reporting facility or safety issues.
You also assist with administrative work such as maintaining facility records and documentation.
Your workplace
You will join an international organisation in the financial sector. The facilities team plays an important role in ensuring the workplace remains safe, organised and efficient. Together with your colleagues, you help create an environment where employees can work comfortably and productively.

- experience in facilities, office support or operational work.
- fluently in English, a good understanding of Dutch language and regulations.
- experience with MS Office.
- a service-oriented and proactive attitude.
- this is a full-time, on site role (40 hours/ not hybrid).
- previous experience in mailroom or general office support is a plus
- valid driving licence is a plus
