We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to support implementation and optimization projects in Amsterdam.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement workflows, integrations, notifications & flow automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Manage deployments using Source Control, Update Sets & CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure smooth transition from development to production
• Support ITSM, CMDB, APM, SPM & other ServiceNow modules
🎯 Required Skills:
✔ At least 1 full ServiceNow implementation experience
✔ Strong expertise in ITSM & integrations
✔ Scripting expertise
✔ Experience with CMDB & APM
✔ Agile working experience
⭐ Nice to Have:
• ITOM
• IRM / SecOps
• HRSD
• TPRM
• Widgets development
🎓 Certifications Required:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (relevant modules)
